What is going on within your IT infrastructure. Performance, governance, integrity and quality of the data landscape. With the Quickscan you get an overview of everything that is going on in your IT environment.
The Quickscan has a number of components and is compiled, carried out and reported in close consultation.
1. Inventory of QuickScan requirement
The scan can show what is happening on many fronts.
- Which applications are all running within your network?
- Which workplaces are in your network?
- What is the timed performance of different workplaces?
- What is the status of the server park?
- To what extent is your application landscape up-to-date in terms of patches, licenses and the like?
2. QuickScan output
For export, we come to your location (s) and will perform the technical scans in close cooperation with your manager. In addition, we will always let you know exactly what we do and how we perform the scan.
3. Analysis of results
The results of the scans performed are thoroughly analyzed. For what has been observed and measured, it is examined whether this falls within the set margins. Where margins are exceeded, an assessment is made of their impact on performance, risks, management, compliance and of course the costs of the IT environment.
4. Reporting and advice
With the report you personally receive a clear overview of what has been found, how this fits within set frameworks and where this deviates. Where deviations are found, they are noted, where risks are identified, they are named and it is indicated how these risks can be reduced. Points for improvement are provided complete with the way in which these points for improvement can be implemented.
5. Next step
Each report is accompanied by a prioritized next steps document in which the findings and the advice are translated into an implementation roadmap based on urgency and a weighting of interests determined during the intake.
